The relationship between teachers influence the educational administration in the rural area.The feature of rural relationship is complex.The complex relationship contains blood relationship,kin and native.Most rural middle school teachers are natives.The teachers from out of this area had integrated into them.Thus it had influence on the educational administration in rural school.It caused problems about nepotism and scorn between scholars.It also caused the inharmonious relationship between teachers and students,teachers and students' parents.The problems had influence on educational reform and administration.So it is very important to make the relationship between rural teachers harmonious.According to the literature about the relationship in and abroad,the relationship between teachers,the relationship in the rural area and the relationship between rural middle school teachers,the theories such as Maslow's demand theory and Marx's social theory,the author did investigation and interview about the recent situation of the relationship between teachers in a middle school in Yingkou,based on the feature of the relationship between rural middle school teachers.The author did from five aspects.They are the relationship between teachers and the society,the relationship between teachers and school leaders,the relationship between teachers,the relationship between teachers and students and the relationship between teachers and students' parents.On the basis of statistic analysis of data,the problems of the relationship between rural middle school teachers were worked out.They are narrow social circles,susceptible to social environment;a few communication and few trust between teachers and principals;conflicts and undesirable competitions between teachers;harmonious relationship between teachers and students under teachers' authority;superficial,weak or complex relationship between teachers and students' parents.Through analysis of above problems,the author put forward the following improvement strategies for reference to make the relationship of the rural middle school teachers harmonious.They are to improve the quality of rural school leaders,to pay attention to humanistic care to teachers,to put social security measures of rural teachers into practice,to improve the treatment of teachers,to establish a perfect mechanism construction,to strengthen communication channels between teachers,to optimize the campus culture and environment,to consolidate the construction of school spirit and the style of teaching and study and to improve their own accomplishment as well as interpersonal behavior by teachers themselves continually.
