The Countermeasures Study On Present Situation And Improvement Of Teachers' Teaching Quality In Rural Middle Schools

The studies on the basis of the quality of teachers,teachers' quality structure,and teachers' professional quality and quality of teachers in rural,In this paper.Through the middle of school teachers' quality of research ,in rural areas , draws therural middle school teachers quality status, puts forward the suggestion of trainingteachers in rural areas.This article mainly includes five parts, in the first part of the origin of mainexplains research, meaning and purposes,the main method of study in this article, thestudy of teachers' quality , teachers' quality structure, teachers' professional qualitiesand quality of teachers in rural were summarized in domestic and in abroadsummarizeing on this basis and the corresponding analysis, figering out thedeficiency of the existing research,Put forward the theoretical basis is studied in thispaper,this part include theoretical definition and theoretical basis. The main conceptdefinition include rural,the differences in urban and rural,quality,Teachers' quality,the teacherof middle school in rural,mainly theory includes: teachers' qualitycomposition,teacher training,teachers' professional titles and teachers flowing.Second part in this article, is mainly to analyze the questionnaire, the questionnaireanalysis includes two parts,the analysis of samples and questionnaire analysis。Thethird part mainly explains: the causes of countryside teachers' quality in the currentsituation,mainly from the macro and micro are expounded. The four part in thispaper,it is proposed to improve teachers' quality strategy,encourage normalgraduates to rural schools employment,reform title assess methods,improveteachers' training,increases in teachers' pay to,strengthen the cultivation of teacherethics,flow between rural and urban teachers and Focus on their physical and mentalhealth.
