In the national education work conference in 2019,minister of education Chen baosheng proposed to "accelerate the development of rural education,make rural education into the education of 'in the countryside','rich in the countryside' and 'for farmers',and realize the overall revitalization of rural education".The development of rural education must rely on the powerful force of rural teachers.Therefore,it is of great significance for the development of rural education to study the professional happiness of rural teachers,improve the happiness index of rural teachers and attract more outstanding young people to join the ranks of rural teachers.To understand the present situation of rural teachers' professional happiness,this paper takes Qingdao cieme district W town four rural school teachers as investigation object,through questionnaire and individual interview of the teachers,the data using statistical software into analysis,found that W town cieme in rural teachers' professional happiness level and social support,and the relationship between teachers and students,working environment,self-realization,income and welfare data correlation between the five dimensions.Through further difference analysis,it can be concluded that there are significant differences between rural teachers' professional happiness and gender,age,professional title,income and class hour,but no significant differences between rural teachers' professional happiness and household registration,marriage,teaching subject,dual employment and teaching age.Through data analysis and interviews,the author summarizes the factors affecting the occupational happiness of rural teachers,which are mainly divided into the following aspects.First,institutional factors: the system of value embodiment with knowledge as the core has not been established,the policy of guaranteeing rights and interests of rural teachers has not been implemented effectively,and the salary of teachers needs to be improved.Second,social factors: rural teachers in social life status is not high,the lack of understanding and support of the social masses.Thirdly,school factors: backward school work environment,lack of professional development opportunities for rural teachers in schools,unreasonable evaluation mechanism for rural teachers,heavy work tasks and great professional pressure.Fourth,personal factors: a healthy body is the foundation of professional happiness of teachers.In view of the existing problems,the author further proposes relevant strategies to improve the professional happiness of rural teachers: improve the salary and treatment of rural teachers,respect and meet the reasonable needs of teachers,establish a scientific teacher evaluation and management mechanism,create a good working environment,and teachers themselves strive to pursue happiness.
