In recent years,campus bullying incidents at home and abroad have been frequently exposed,and campus issues have aroused eager attention from the society.The researchers found that the phenomenon of bullying on campus tends to be younger and younger.This article is based on the concern about the bullying incidents in elementary school campuses exposed by social media,national and local campus bullying policies,and its work clients.It is found that the phenomenon of bullying in elementary school campuses not only harms the physical and mental development of students,but also puts pressure on home-school cooperation.And troubled.In order to find a better solution to this problem,this article uses interviews,observations,case studies,questionnaires and other methods to comprehensively understand the situation of bullying in the primary school campus and its existing problems;combined with bullying cases,in-depth analysis of the primary school campus from multiple perspectives The cause of bullying and its development characteristics.The study found that there are bullying behaviors in the lower grades of elementary school students.There are more cases of bullying in the middle grades of elementary schools and almost no cases in the upper grades.This is the result of the class teacher’s preparatory work for the students to prevent bullying.Primary school campus bullying behavior has different formation and development characteristics in different years.The reasons for the phenomenon of bullying in elementary school campuses include the absence or improper family education,the immature development of primary school students,the absence of campus anti-bullying courses in schools,the impact of bad social atmosphere,the lack of severe punishment measures taken by schools,and the absence of school supervision.The causes of bullying in primary school campuses mainly come from family factors.In order to better understand the essential impact behind family factors and to better formulate an anti-bullying plan for home-school co-education,the author conducted an online questionnaire for all parents in the first to sixth grades of the sample school The survey provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of family factors on bullying behavior in elementary schools.Finally,combined with the results of the investigation and research,from the family level,it is proposed how to properly treat,deal with and prevent the occurrence of campus bullying behaviors of children;drawing on the rich experience of preventing and controlling campus bullying in foreign countries,and from the school level,it proposes the anti-bullying of the elementary school campus of home-school co-education The plan proposes to develop anti-bullying courses suitable for the physical and mental development laws of primary school students,to carry out self-management education for primary school students and other bullying coping strategies,to solve the specific operational difficulties encountered by primary schools in preventing and controlling campus bullying and implementing the national policy to create safe schools.
