In recent years,campus bullying has become increasingly visible to the public through the media and the Internet.In 2016,Premier Li Keqiang stressed that campuses should be the safest and sunniest places,and that serious campus bullying should be punished by law.And the 2019 campus bullying-themed film "You of Teenagers" hot,but also campus bullying this important topic of academia once again to the peak of public concern.All we can know about campus bullying is often a serious incident,and many are hidden in the dark,hidden campus bullying incidents are unknown to others.These school bullying incidents may not do physical harm to the victims,but they may cause fear of school,serious mental health injuries,minor impact on academic development,serious mental illness,so it is urgent to carry out active and effective prevention and management work.But in fact,although the anti-campus bullying laws and regulations in China are gradually moving towards soundness,china has some room for development in the effective prevention and control of campus bullying.From the construction of laws and regulations,to improve the prevention and control system on campus,to the cooperative management of anti-campus bullying aid organizations,a perfect system to protect students' safety and solve the problem of bullying on campus has been achieved,and has achieved more significant results,the incidence of bullying on campus has generally shown a downward trend.The UK anti-school bullying organisation,the Anti-Bullying Alliance,plays an irreplaceable role.Based on the basic paradigm of comparative education research,this paper comprehensively adopts the literature method,comparative method,case law and historical law,from the realistic background of ABA,analyzes the main measures of ABA to implement anti-campus bullying assistance,and finally provides useful and operational reference for anti-campus bullying assistance in China according to the implementation characteristics and results of ABA,and the experience of ABA anticampus bullying assistance.Specifically,this article is divided into five parts:The introduction part mainly explains the origin of this paper,defines the core concepts involved in the research and chooses the appropriate research methods and ideas on the basis of collecting and sorting the relevant literatures at home and abroad.The first part combs the background and organization of ABA in detail.ABA originated in the British school bullying period,primary and secondary school students group school bullying is more frequent and serious impact,developed in the United Kingdom lack of campus security reality background,as well as a series of laws in the United Kingdom under the premise of strong promotion,and united the United Kingdom anti-bullying individuals and groups,formed a coalition-style anti-school bullying aid organization-ABA;The second part systematically explains the ABA's main initiatives to implement anti-school bullying assistance.The first is to provide parents with direct access to antibullying guidance,the second is to provide schools with the resources needed to follow up on bullying,from bullying prevention,when bullying occurs,to follow-up to bullying,and the third is to provide professional assistance to the bullying victims at their fingertips,and to popularize anti-school bullying knowledge to the community,and create a strong anti-school bullying atmosphere in the UK.The third part focuses on the analysis of the characteristics and effectiveness of ABA implementation assistance.One is a combination of prevention and education to prepare for campus bullying.Second,the combination of timeliness and effectiveness,in the first time in the campus bullying to reduce injury.Third,the combination of continuity and perfection,and continuous follow-up on the progress of campus bullying incidents.Results include a significant reduction in bullying and victimism across the UK,effective anti-bullying guidance for schools,and high levels of social satisfaction.The fourth part combs through the experience of ABA in implementing antibullying assistance.First,to do a good job between schools,parents and students between the role of the link,second,to change the role of "onlookers" around their peers,third,to strengthen social coordination to promote the normalization of antibullying for the whole people,fourth,to provide professional training to promote the anti-bullying system tend to improve,fifth,to continue to follow up the development of events to avoid more negative impacts,and sixth,to set up a bullying case file,in order to summarize and promote.Finally,sum up the experience of ABA anti-school bullying assistance,combined with the facts of our country,and look forward to the development of China's future anti-school bullying aid organizations,with a view to helping our country's anti-school bullying work.
