In May 2015,the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission in the city’s 22 primary schools officially launched the primary interest in physical education curriculum reform pilot.One of the main goals of the reform of interest oriented physical education curriculum in primary schools is to fully update the traditional concept of physical education.The sports game teaching,so that students can get physical exercise,stretching the muscles and ligaments,improve body flexibility and balance ability,enhance the local muscle strength,create a good body shape to.Through the game teaching of physical education,it can improve the students’ emotional state,enhance the communication and communication between people,make the students learn to know the society and know themselves,and learn how to build a harmonious interpersonal relationship.The physical education of game teaching on the fourth grade children’s physical fitness and self consciousness as the research object,the two classes of the fourth grade students as the experiment object,carried out a teaching experiment for 14 weeks in total,one class as the experimental class,teaching physical education game teaching method and another class is the control class,traditional teaching methods used in PE class.In the experiment of physical education teaching in the experimental class and the control class,the following conclusions are obtained from the data:1.The physical education of game teaching can effectively promote the development of fitness in the fourth grade children,especially in the muscle strength,flexibility,heart and lung endurance in the four indicators have a positive impact;in the muscle endurance index is not significant.2.In the implementation of the same teaching materials under the premise of experimental class average heart rate and energy consumption are greater than the control class.The use of game-based physical education teaching methods can effectively increase the amount of exercise in the student class,so that students in the physical education on the sports load to achieve the desired value.3.The game teaching of physical education can effectively promote the score of the fourth grade children in the self-consciousness situation scale,which shows that the teaching method can improve the self-consciousness of the fourth grade children4.The emergence of game-based teaching methods can effectively stimulate theinterest of primary school students in physical education,promote students to actively participate in sports,and truly solve the students’ interest problems in essence;the traditional teaching methods can be combined to promote the development of physical education.
