Objective:As the rapidly develop of aging popuation and Inadequate physical activity causes health problems of physical decline,osteoporosis,and normalization cardiovascular diseases among older women,and it has become a public health issue that restricts social development.Therefore stengthening most older pepole fitness health,preventing or delaying osteoporosisi,cardiovascular disease through the way of combining sport and medicine,and to improve happy,health and the hightly quality of the elderly people life has become the focus of attention in state and society of stdudy.The purpose of study is to compara to body shape,somatic function,Autonomic nervous system change betwenn eight weeks before and after the experiment and to analyse the influence of the fitness health of elderly woman furthely,so that to provide a scientific theoretical for Yin-Yoga exerciser.Methods:Document retrieval method,In order to provides solid theoritical foundation to finish this paper by consulting the relevant literature on physicl health,bone density and heart rate variality of elderly pepole;Experimentaland Measurement Analysis method:The method of experimental and measurement was used to test the total of thirty pepole of the body composition,bone density and the heart rate variality in quiet state and other derivative index,the pepole who incuding fifteen femal emembers of taking part in Yin yoga course in Dalian dinglong Club which three days a week,every day for an hour and fifteen female and the other control group who no systematic exerciser in sixty to sixty-five age years old.Mathematical statistics method,The article uses statistical method with SPSS21.0 to analysis the subjects' the physical fitness,heart rate variability and other indicators before and after the change using a paired sample T test,the experimental group and the control group for comparison between groups are using an independent sample T test.Rusults:In the body composition,after eight weeks of Yin yoga traning intervention,the Yin yogo subjects of the body fat content have statistical difference(P>0.01);After the experimental intervention,the weight,BMI,bone density and fat content of the Yin Yoga group were lower than those of the control group,and the BMI value showed significant difference(P<0.05).In somatic function,the experimental group had itself comparison,the systolic blood pressure decreased more significantly and showed a significantly difference(P<0.01).Thevital capacity also showed significant difference(P<0.05).After experimental intervention,the comparisons between the yin yogo groups and control groups is showed that the heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure were lower in the experimental group than in the control group,and the vital capacity was higher than that of the control group,and only the changes in systolic blood pressure were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the aspect of physical quality,the experimental group had itself comparison,there are significant difference in the subject of standing on one foot with eye close and sit and reach in Yin yoga group(P>0.01);the results were compared between the control and experiment,the test results of the seated body forward flexion and closed eyes single-foot standing in the experimental group were larger than those in the control group,and showed very significant difference(P<0.01).In the aspect of the heart rate variability,the time domain index of SDNN and RMSSD in Yin yoga group increased after intervention,and both appear difference(P<0.05);the HF of frequency domiain was significantly increase,Comparion between controland experiment groups,there are only SDNN and HF increased had statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The eight-week Yin Yoga exercise helps the elder pepole to reduce body fat?BMI,and promote reasonable distribution of body composition among older women.2.Eight-weeks Yin-Yoga exercise can promote cardiac sinus bradycardia,lower blood pressure,and increase lung capacity in elderly women.3.Yin Yoga helps to improve physical fitness such as improved flexibility and balance,but it has little effect on the sensitivity of the nervous system after eight week.4.The intervention of Yin-Yoga exercise can significantly improve autonomic nervous system function and increase vagal activity in elder women.
