Temperament to human beings is relatively stable characteristic of personality and demeanor.No matter human inventions,cultivation of personality or fostering responsibility sense that all closely related to temperament and also play a key role to each person.Many domestic and foreign studies showed that we must highlight the impact of the non-intelligence factors,and then intelligence factors will have maximum efficiency in a person's whole life.To a person,the period in primary school is a very important beginning stage of the whole life,the object of education is students' temperament with its own personality,characteristics as well as the relationship between teachers and students in the school,campus events,and academic performance is also closely related.At the same time,school is the most important and basic organization.To each pupil,personality formation,the overall quality and even the whole development of physical and psychological health is highly influenced by class management.Therefore,we need to focus on the temperament of the non-intelligence factors,which support the research on temperament and evolve the research on class management.Meanwhile,it also improves the efficiency of class management and improves students' integrated development.This article insists the combination of theory and practice.We need to carefully analyze students' type of temperament as the point cut,find the problems from the realistic practice in class management of lower grade,in the period of action,reflection and improvement,in order to explore the different kind of temperament characteristics of students and the efficient strategy and ways of class management.Take action on researching the strategy for the whole core thread,make “planning,action,survey and reflection” as the frame structure,using literature,questionnaire,interview to start the research,using variety ways according to their aptitude,pertinence of class management strategy to effectively promote students self-education ability,consolidate the positive factors of temperament,cultivate good personality and improve their integrated development and physical and psychological heath.This article's innovation is aim to use the most efficient class management strategy to students' different type temperament,to make students get better development of physical and psychological heath during daily practice of education.
