The quality of class management is closely related to the development and growth of students.In order to improve production efficiency and management quality,fine management has achieved fruitful results in theory and practice.The successful practice of fine management in different industries has also provided some useful experience to the education industry,which has greatly inspired the school management and provided a strong support for class fine management.In the practice process of class fine management,I have gradually formed some good practices and experience,but there are still many things to be improved and improved.Therefore,it is of great significance to further strengthen the strategy research on the fine management of junior middle school classes.This study mainly uses the method of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,and combines the results of questionnaire survey on students and the interview with the head teacher,and finds that there are some problems in the fine management of classes in junior middle school.Students do not have a correct understanding of class fine management;The implementation process of class fine management rules and regulations is extensive;Class fine management did not do a good job in the evaluation of students;Did not give full play to the role of class management.Further analyzing the causes of these problems,the main reason is that the head teacher has a wrong understanding of class fine management.The class fine management does not pay attention to the system construction;Failed to focus on students in class refinement management.Combined with theoretical research and practical research,the optimization strategy of fine management of junior middle school classes can be carried out from the following aspects:Correctly understand the concept of class fine management;Establish a complete class fine management rules and regulations system;Establish an open class refinement management evaluation feedback system;Enhance the ability of management subjects to participate in class fine management;The formation of a distinctive class fine management culture.The organic integration of these aspects makes the class fine management become a dynamic whole,which can better improve the management quality and efficiency of the class and promote the development and growth of students.
