There are many factors to affect the academic achievement of a person. Now, whether the research of domestic or foreign agreed that:not only is the intellectual factors, non-intellectual factors is also play a decisive role to one’s academic performance. However, people usually emphasize the important influence of intellectual factors on learning performance. In the school and family education, teachers,parents also pay more attention to the development of the intellectual potential of students, but pay less attention to students’non-intelligence factors, especially the influence of students’temperament on academic achievement. Especially the stage of primary and secondary education now, teachers also lack the consciousness and measures in different teach students in accordance with their aptitude according to students’temperament. Is there a relationship between the personal temperament and learning achievement? The answer to this question seems very clear, by reading a lot of literature, I found that although many psychologists have studied and discussed various aspects of the issue, the conclusions are not consistent, some conclusions to be opposite. The way of all mental activity and behavior throughout the person’s temperament, is one of the important part of personality and personality structure, to " shaping " effect on people’s words and deeds, and we usually say " temper "," disposition " means something similar. Influence of temperament for academic achievement is there? Students with excellent academic performance will show temperament characteristics of what? These problems are very concerned about our teachers. To answer this question, not only has the important theory significance, but also can guide teachers to students of different temperament types and features of education, choose different teaching methods, make students temperament advantage can maximize. In the teaching, teachers can also according to the students’temperament, preparing lessons before class default problems effectively, and improve the effectiveness of teaching. Therefore, exploring this problem, whether it is for a student or a teacher, has important practical significance. In the extensive reading of related literature, review, put forward specific objective of this study is to explore the influence of internal and external, pupils temperament to steady tendency, and types of temperament on academic achievement. Study selection with EPQ scale (for children) to determine the150pupils temperament types, and statistical mathematics, Chinese and English achievement, according to the study identified three studies were conducted.Study one, by Eysenck EPQ questionnaire, using correlation analysis, explore the impact of internal and external to and stable tendency of elementary mathematics, language, English for academic achievement.Study two, one-dimensional variance analysis, to study the effects of internal and external orientation, stabilization bias and temperament type of elementary mathematics, language, English for academic achievement.Study three, study1and study two methods, respectively, for male, female were analyzed, to study the effects of internal and external orientation, stabilization bias and temperament types of male and female students, mathematics, language, English for academic achievement.By using a variety of methods to carry on the discussion to the affected students’ temperament on academic achievement, this study as follows Conclusion:1, Academic achievement and temperament to the characteristics and emotional characteristics have significant correlation.2, The temperament of the internal and external dimension, export-oriented, there is a certain gap between the intermediate and introverted student academic achievement. In the dimension of emotional stability temperament, not academic achievement gap between the three types of students.3, There are some differences between the3different types of temperament, the student academic performance. Sanguine, choleric and blood-choleric temperament types is conducive to learning.
