This study suggests that teacher?s role is not exist in isolation.Role of teacher is not ought to be deduced from the concept of curriculum reform.However,the relationship between role of teacher and the education system and the environment should be analyzed.The education system and the environment coming from curriculum system put forward the specific provision for teachers' professional behavior.Specifically,the character that different curriculum developments have different rules on teacher's role and its professional behavior is well studied.Since the so far,the researches on teachers' role covers a variety of the roles of teachers and enrich the professional feature.Role of teacher is considered as ideal one.However,the reality of the professional behavior is far from the role of teacher.On the one hand,teacher is considers as saint.On the other hand,teachers are accused of the heavy burden,teaching inefficient.This thesis studied from four aspects: substantive characteristics of two kinds of curriculum developments is analyzed-subject curriculum and experience curriculum;What essential requirement of the roles of teachers are ought to be under this two development? They put forward different expectations on teacher's role;illustrate some cases that role confliction of teacher caused by the curriculum development under new curriculum reform and analyze them;study the difficult position that the reality role of teacher is far from the professional role specified by the new curriculum reform;give the conclusion that how the curriculum development and role of teacher could arrive at the logic consistence.Want to give students a glass of water "knowledge",first of all,the connotation of teachers themselves to have a bucket of water.This is the past require for teachers.Now,the quality-oriented education and new curriculum is implemented by the teacher.They are asked to have professional knowledge structure,know the present situation and development trend of the future of teaching discipline,have a broad mind,artistically and scientific literacy and cultural connotation.Beyond that,knowledge of the pedagogy,psychology is required for the teachers.Our basic education Give priority to subject curriculum,experience curriculum is not popular with our situation.However,parts of the middle and primary school are executing the activity curriculum according to the outline.Students are trained to pay attention to not only the textbook knowledge but also the social activities.So they will get rid the traditional classroom teaching and can adapt to development of the social.With the experience curriculum,our basic education could have the Branch and integrated curriculum model.
