The implementation of national,local and school three classes curriculum management,and improving the applicability of courses to meet the different places, schools,and teacher's demand,and ultimately meet the development needs of students,this is one of the expected target of the basic education curriculum reform. Among them,school-based education curriculum development is the important component of the basic curriculum.It is not only a highlight of the new curriculum, but also the focus of attention in the implementation of the new curriculum.Whether the teachers,who are a major force of school-based curriculum development,can change their roles in time is the key to development of school-based curriculum,but also a direct bearing on the success or failure of the curriculum reform.As UNESCO in the "Education—Which Contains Wealth" the report said:"In the promotion of mutual understanding and tolerance,the importance of teachers today,who are the factors of changes,is so unquestionable.The full text mainly has four parts:PartⅠ:Literature SummaryThis part is composed of the practice stratification plane and the theory stratification plane two parts.In the practice stratification plane,it introduces the actual situation of the development of overseas and the domestic school-based curriculum.And in the theory stratification plane,it introduces the theory elaboration on the concept,the idea,the goal and the value,the type and the procedure of the development of school-based curriculum,as well as the role,the teacher role.PartⅡ:Reflections on the theories.This part mainly introduces the relevant theoretical issues which have been thought in the process of writing on paper.First,the relationship between the teachers and curriculum.Second,teachers' position in school-based curriculum development.PartⅢ:Specific content of the teacher role transformationThis part has launched the analysis and the elaboration from eight aspects.First, from the "consumer" to the "producer".Second,from the "professor" to the "researcher".Third,form "a la carte" to the "menu provider".Fourth,form the "leader" to the "promoter".Fifth,the teachers should learn life-long learning.Sixth, the teachers should attach importance to "self-taught".Seventh,the teachers should become the core partners.Eighth,the teachers should become a community-open teachers.PartⅣ:the ponder and the suggestion begun by the Investigation and study which develops based on the middle-School-based Curriculum.This part elaborates the flaws what exist in the teacher role in the school-based curriculum development and analyzes the reason of its forming.Finally it puts on several suggestions on promoting the positive development of school-based curriculum development.
