The Status Quo And Promotion Strategy Of The Special High School Sports Badminton Course In Shanghai

It has been four years since specialized reform of sports in senior high schools was promoted in Shanghai.Badminton has become one of the most popular sports among students.Although great breakthroughs have been made,some problems also rise.We need to learn from the former experiences and carry out some specific measures.In this paper,the author regards high school sports in Shanghai badminton curriculum present situation and the advancement strategy as the research object.The research methods,such as documents,interviews,questionnaires and mathematical statistics conducted surveys are used.The author investigates and analyzes the curriculum provision,the qualification of teachers,the development of students and field equipment in some schools,which have applied special badminton curriculum.The paper aims to inspire the specialized badminton teaching in Shanghai senior high schools and contributes to the overall development of PE in senior high schools.There mainly are seven points concluded in this paper:1.With the development of special badminton curriculum reform of Shanghai high schools and the increasing numbers of badminton pilot schools,students' number in most badminton classes is controlled within 30 people in badminton pilot schools.Pilot school badminton special class teaching organization form is given priority to with the same grade class break administrative and single-sex classes and more stratified teaching.Some schools are still in the traditional hybrid class teaching organizational form of teaching;Scheduling,in pilot schools teaching classes will arrange 80 minutes a week,but the pilot schools badminton special class schedule weekly number is not unified.2.Badminton special instructor is given priority to with young teachers.It tends to be younger.And,most teachers are undergraduates.Mostly,title is given priority to with primary title and intermediate title.They lack training opportunities.The teaching activities are not enough among schools and schools,areas and the areas.Some badminton teachers lack of professional technical abilities and teaching abilities.And experience remains to be further up.3.In badminton special class,boys' understanding of the knowledge and the referee rules of badminton is better than female students.Before enrolled in the badminton specialized class,most of the students rarely trained in system and their motivation is give priority to in order to strengthen physique or a lifelong skills.However,increasing numbers of students in the special class begin to be fond of badminton mainly for the following reasons: their motor skills improved significantly,multiple methods of teaching organization,valid content.In addition,students' badminton tactics and physical ability also have been enhanced in degrees.4.After the implementation of special Badminton curriculum,teaching content is richer than before.However,it is lack of pertinence and not according to the different levels of students to arrange different teaching content.And teaching method still is given priority to traditional teaching methods and lack of pertinence and creativity.The existing teaching evaluation is not comprehensive enough,and not according to different students to develop a different measure.Teachers often ignore the students' self-evaluation and peer evaluation.5.Part of the pilot schools has the space equipment problems,such as badminton venue woodiness floor to loosen,badminton and tennis racket poor quality and so on.6.Factors influencing badminton specialization include : The degree of importance that the headmasters and leadership attach,theory construction of badminton special curriculum,students' competences,teachers' professional ability and site and equipment factors and so on.
