With the 18th CPC National Congress, "A world sports power drea as" deeply embedded in "China dream", The China dream of Sports mus t be realized through teen-age healthy body. The hard core of Teen-ag e physical eduction is the development of Higher Institutions physic al education. Shanghai is a educational and financial center in China, the effects of Higher Institutions physical education in Shanghai ar e more important. In order to popularize and promote the level of Bad ainton’s public physical education of higher institutions in Shangha i, the thesis, focused on teachers of Badminton’s public physical educ ition of 20 higher institutions in Shanghai, by the methods of litera ture, questionnaire and statistics, analyzes and studies influential f actors as to Teachers’professional ability of Badminton public phys Lcal education of higher institutions as well as to make proposals.1 Conclusions1.1 The level of teachers’professional ability of Badminton of Bad ainton’s public physical education of higher institutions in Shangha i is not high as a whole.1.2 Influential factors as for teachers’professional ability of Bad ainton of public physical education of higher institutions in Shangh ai:Teaching practice、professional knowledge and scientific research teaching environment. this results in accord with research in literat ire review - eduction、practice activity、environment inheritance.1.3 According to the extent size, influential factors as for teacher s’ professional ability of Badminton of public physical education of higher institutions in Shanghai, in turn is:Teaching practice、profes sional knowledge and scientific research teaching environment. Indic ate that:in the teaching of the public badminton sports project, tea ching practice is the main factors influencing the teachers’ profess Lonal ability1.4 Teachers’ professional ability of Badminton of public physical e ducation of higher institutions in Shanghai, were significantly corre Lated with three common factor influence. And with the common factor of internal indicators have significant correlation.1.5 Badminton teachers in different levels of professional ability w hose average score of professional knowledge and teaching practice & research factor have significantly difference of public physical ed ucation of higher institutions in Shanghai, the average score of teac hing environment has litter difference.
