With the improvement of national economic level,"Physical Health" has attracted much attention in recent years.Since teenagers are the hope and future of the country,during the process of improving the physical health level of teenagers in China,National Student Physical Health Standard has become a significant index to evaluate the health level of the students,and is widely used in the whole country under the guidance of the Ministry of education.However,because of the limitation of geographic condition,environmental diversity,and some other elements,the guiding effects of National Student Physical Health Standard would be different with each other.Senior-high-school students are promising for Tibet autonomous region,therefore,it is important for Tibet Autonomous Region to put emphasis on the physical health of senior high school students,clarify the evaluation index of physical health of senior high school students in Tibet,and set up reasonable plans to improve the physical health of senior high school students.Although Tibet autonomous region work hard on response to the call of the national document,and the implementation of students'physical health monitoring for many years,the impact of high school students on the level of physical health is not prominent,lacking of exploration of the actual situation of the evaluation system.Through literature review,interview,and test,this essay aims to compare and analyze the difference of physical health level of high school students between students in mainland China and Tibet,explore on the construction of Tibet high school students physical health evaluation system according to the basic theory of data,improve the theory of the students' physical health evaluation in high altitude area,help the students to strengthen physical training,and improve the level of physical health.The author draw the following conclusions:(1)compared with high school students,those in Tibet are weaker in terms of body shape,endurance quality,speed quality and power quality level.(2)high altitude high school students may be affected by natural geographical environment and the level of education,based on the hardware facilities and other social environment,in terms of the development of the level of physical health adaptability;(3)the adaption of National Student Physical Health Standard in the high altitude area of Tibet should be treated differently.
