With the continuous development and improvement of the education reform process in my country,cultivating and improving the core literacy of students has become the primary task of the current education reform.The "Core Literacy for Chinese Student Development" released in 2016 and the "Medium and Long-term Youth Development Plan(2016-2025)" issued under the guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping.In October 2017,the Ministry of Education successively promulgated the core literacy curriculum standards for various disciplines.This signifies that the current core literacy system has been implemented in various disciplines,and it has become urgent to cultivate the core literacy of students.The focus of the research is how to construct an evaluation index system for the core literacy of high school students in sports and health disciplines.As the backbone of the country and the pillar of the country's future,high school students adopt a more comprehensive evaluation index system to objectively and accurately evaluate the core literacy of high school students in the discipline of sports and health,which can systematically reflect the ability of the core literacy of high school students in the discipline of sports and health.The scientific construction of the core literacy evaluation index system of high school students' physical education and health disciplines is not only to provide tools for analyzing the core literacy of high school students' sports,but also to set goals and ideals for school physical education.It further expands the horizon of the school physical education theoretical research.(1)Use the method of literature data,expert interviews and experience analysis to construct the evaluation index system of the core literacy of high school students' sports and health disciplines.It is mainly composed of three first-level indicators of sports morality,athletic ability,and healthy behavior,sports ethics,and sportsmanship.10 secondary indicators such as sports character,and 25 tertiary indicators such as self-esteem,self-confidence,tenacity,and positive attitude constitute a complete evaluation index system,reflecting the core competence of high school students in sports and health.(2)Establish a hierarchical model through the analytic hierarchy process and construct a judgment matrix.After consistency testing,the weights of various indicators are calculated.Research and analysis found that the weight ranking of the first-level indicators is A1 sports morality(0.4126)?A3 health Behavior(0.3275)?A2 athletic ability;second-level index weight ranking B3 sports character(0.3641)?B2 sports ethics(0.342)?B1 sportsmanship(0.2042)?B4 sports emotion(0.0897),...;third-level index The weight ranking is C3 positive attitude(0.4979)?C1 self-esteem and self-confidence(0.3669)? C2 tenacious hard work(0.1352),… ….The top ranking indicators are C13 basic activity abilities such as walking,running,jumping,and shooting(0.1949),C7 civility(0.0960),C18 safety precaution knowledge(0.0957),and C4 compliance with rules(0.0889).(3)The evaluation object of the evaluation index system of the core accomplishment of high school students' physical education and health is mainly school self-evaluation,supplemented by expert inspection,The evaluation method is qualitative evaluation,Quantitative evaluation is auxiliary.And to establish a correct evaluation concept,Establish a reasonable evaluation system,Adopt comprehensive evaluation method.
