Nowadays,there is a capital tendency in scientific and technological development that a wide variety of subjects are developing crosswise,integrally and coordinately.New scientific and technological inventions have already been much more difficult to be achieved in an independent discipline in that the rapid development of science and technology requires undertakers to exert integration effects,no one can become proficient in several different areas of professions simultaneously and no progress can be easily to be accomplished by individuals as well.Hence,in the face of major overlapping R&D programs,it demands members in the same organization come from different categories and backgrounds to collectively collaborate so that the task can be completed efficiently.As is well-known,universities have become a driving force of scientific and technological development in our country depend on abundant talents and discipline superiorities,of which innovative research teams are the most basic carriers and elements in scientific research system.And it is exactly scientific research the lifeline,its efficiency effects directly determine if the university can be in invincible position in the cruel competition of science and technology.Nevertheless,most of scientific research teams are not working well,with low performance currently.Teams will be influenced by lots of factors in the process of construction and development,which seriously restricting the performance improvement.Therefore,analyzing and determining the influencing factors are the key issues that innovative research teams in universities need to solve in construction aspect.In this paper,on the basis of defining the connotation of innovative research teams in local universities,discussing the impacts on scientific research teams'performance from the perspective of tacit knowledge sharing intention.Based on the theories of Planned Behavior as well as Competition and Cooperation,dividing the influencing factors of tacit knowledge sharing intention into need satisfaction,affection trust,leadership support,cohesiveness,resource abundance and sense of self-efficacy,which act on performance.Making analysis of the relationships between variables by hypothesis and building research hypothesis model and comes to the conclusion.It not merely enriches research contents and methods of science and technology innovation of scientific research teams in local universities in theories,but can supply valuable information for reference for school leaders to guide the construction of high performance teams in practice as well.So far,the overall scientific research level of universities in our country falls behind the requirements in mega-science epoch,and also ineffective.In such a period,it is conducive to revealing the objective laws of benign development of scientific research teams,to keeping the healthy growth,to transcending personal wisdom limitations,to promoting the comprehensive strength of local universities by exploring the influencing factors of research teams' performance.
