As knowledge-intensive organizations, vocational colleges is the main site of knowledge generation, dissemination, diffusion and application, they promote the rapid development of knowledge. But now knowledge management strategy which is highly regarded in the business world, has not been truly implemented among the vocational colleges. The implementation of knowledge management strategy is an inevitable trend in the reform of Vocational colleges' Management, it can help the colleges to enhance the core competitiveness, to transport more high-quality personnel for the society.This paper gives an analysis to the process of the sharing of tacit knowledge in the Vocational colleges, it makes a questionnaire to identify the factors that influence the sharing of tacit knowledge, and then analyze it, at last it set up of some kind of mechanism of tacit knowledge sharing, so that the school teachers can have a better knowledge sharing to improve the overall quality, hence the colleges' competitiveness can be strongly strengthen.
