In the era of knowledge economy, Knowledge’s change very rapidly and theschool in order to achieve sustained development should continue to organize andknowledge innovation. Similarly, for teachers living in this era, an explosion ofinformation and lifelong learning society has been quietly coming, the wave ofeducational reform is moving forward at an unprecedented rate, times and society putforward higher requirements for their quality and ability. Along with the demands ofthe professional development of teachers, teachers are no longer just a simple transferof knowledge, but the creators of knowledge. But for now, the school for teachers’tacit knowledge has not enough attention.Teachers ’knowledge is the capital of the school, the teachers’ tacit knowledge isthe source of knowledge innovation in schools,the explore of the hidden knowledgein large part to affecting the school’s level of knowledge structure. Therefore, thearticle in the related field of study at home and abroad on the basis of PresentSituation of of knowledge management, to a detailed analysis on the definition andcharacteristics of teachers’ tacit knowledge; Based on Japanese scholar Nonaka ’sknowledge conversion theory, The establishment of knowledge absorption andtransformation model, according to the characteristics of the teachers to analyze thesource of knowledge absorption and transformation process; Then, in order to speedup knowledge transfer and transformation, the school needs to be teachers ’tacitknowledge sharing, to allow more teachers to learn from others’ experience and skills,so that knowledge is continuously updated flow, tacit knowledge is not easy coding, itis difficult to dissemination, sharing process blocked. Accordingly, the article toestablish knowledge explicit model, teachers’ tacit knowledge into explicit knowledgeexplicit, to achieve shared. Tacit knowledge sharing of school teacher’s starting and ending points are bothteachers, and that is the human factor, The teachers’ tacit knowledge sharing is theinstitutional environment in the school of knowledge management, occurred in theteachers’ tacit knowledge and teachers ’tacit knowledge needs, Schoolknowledge-sharing institutions have to do is to give the teachers provide theenvironment of equality and freedom of exchange, so that teachers communicate witheach other in the knowledge-sharing environment, mutual benefited. The article tobuild a knowledge-sharing platform for the analysis of teachers’ knowledge exchangeand sharing platform, and a detailed description of the work processes and principlesof the platform, with the case described. Finally, using data mining methods toanalyze the association rule mining methods in knowledge-sharing platform. Theestablishment and use of the platform will accelerate the flow of teachers’ knowledge,Enhance teachers’ knowledge structure, and the school has a certain reference forknowledge management.
