Research On The Construction Of Practical Talent Team In Hangjinqi Farming And Pastoral Area

Building a new pasturing area of new socialist countryside is a major historic task in our country modernization process,is a brand new topic faced by our country after experiencing the development stage of promoting agriculture by industry and the countryside by cities,is the inevitable requirement or times development and building a harmonious society.Building a new socialist countryside,manage public affairs well such as rural economy,science and technology,education,sanitation and culture,etc.in order to make services and contribution for rural public management,practical talent team construction in farming and stockbreeding area must be strengthened and do a good job in personnel administration work.But in the present situation,practical talent team construction in farming and stockbreeding area of our country cannot adapt to the requirement for building a new pasturing area of new socialist countryside.Taking the case of Erdos Hangjinqi of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in the rural areas of Western China,this paper comprehensively expounded the construction status of practical talents in the agricultural and pastoral areas.The problems existing in the construction of practical talents are deeply analyzed,which objectively and accurately figured out characteristics and significance of the practical talents in agricultural and pastoral areas.Moreover,the countermeasures are proposed to solve the problem,which can provide some theoretical guidance and decision-making reference for promoting the construction and management of practical talents in Hangjinqi agricultural and pastoral areas.The case of the construction of practical talents in the Hangjinqi agricultural and pastoral areas can not only be favorable to develop practical talents in Hangjinqi agricultural and pastoral areas,but also provide a stable talent support for rapid development of agricultural and pastoral areas.Furthermore,this research can also offer important reference for the rural practical talents team construction in China's central and western regions.
