Research On The Construction Of Intellectual Property Talent Team In Inner Mongolia

Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee has put intellectual property work in a more prominent position,vigorously implemented innovation driven development strategy and intellectual property strategy,and encouraged the maintenance of intellectual property rights.There was no parallel in history.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to stimulate innovation and enhance intellectual property protection in the twenty-fifth collective study.To promote the work of intellectual property,the key lies in talents.Only by properly planning and training a large number of professional intellectual property talents can we effectively promote the construction of a powerful country.In recent years,the economic development level of Inner Mongolia has been greatly improved,and the intellectual property cause in Inner Mongolia has also made certain achievements.The amount of patent authorization has increased from 18700 in the 12th Five Year Plan period to 85300 in the 13th Five Year Plan period.However,the construction of intellectual property talents is still very backward,the total number of intellectual property talents is insufficient,the talent structure is not comprehensive,and the low professional quality of personnel has become a serious problem restricting the development of intellectual property in our district.In order to keep up with the development trend of the country and meet the needs of social development,Inner Mongolia urgently needs to draw up the corresponding development strategy of intellectual property talents according to its own actual situation and learn from the excellent experience and practice of advanced countries and regions,and expand the intellectual property talents team in Inner Mongolia.Starting from the perspective of intellectual property talent team building,this article is supported by human resource management theory,using literature review,investigation and research,case analysis and other research methods to analyze the situation of domestic intellectual property talent team building,and study domestic and foreign advanced regional knowledge Cases of training intellectual property talents,analyze the status quo and existing problems of the intellectual property talent team in Inner Mongolia,combine the problems encountered by the author in actual work,put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,and promote the improvement of Inner Mongolia’ s intellectual property talent work policies and systems.Accelerate the construction of an intellectual property talent team that can meet the needs of Inner Mongolia’s economic and social development.
