Research On Talent Team Construction Of Uxin Bannerin

General secretary Xi Jinping mentioned in the ninth collective study of the political bureau of the 18^thCPC central committee that human resources are the first resource and the most active and positive factor in innovation activities.Human resources in the economic and social development plays a decisive role,so it is called by scholars as the most valuable"first resource"in today's society.As the most active factor in the productive forces,talents determine the development of productive forces.Occupying the talent highland means holding the key to the development of productive forces and getting ahead in the increasingly fierce international competition.Talents,especially high-quality personnel,play a key role in the process of technological development and social progress,which is related to the competitive advantage and long-term development strength of the country,region or company.In this paper,field research and case analysis are used to combine the knowledge of development economics,administration and human resource management.In Uxin bannerin of Inner Mongolia as an example,through the analysis of Uxin bannerin talented person troop present situation,analyzes the problems existing in the talent team construction and the reasons,combined with the economic and social development of Uxin bannerin,draw lessons from the adjacent area of Hohhot,Etuoke county and Dalate county in the talent team construction of good experience,It also puts forward some strategies and suggestions to strengthen the construction of the talent team in Ushen Banner.We hope to use this way to improve the system,innovate the system and change the concept,strengthening talents service level,improve the talent work and life environment,stimulate the creativity of innovation talents,make talents attracted into,to retain and grow fast,gradually cultivate a number of sufficient,good quality,reasonable structure of talent team.
