With the development progress of China's deeping reform and expanding opening-up,the speed of urbanization in Inner Mongolia becomes faster and faster.Also,integrated development of the economic and social industry is promoted.The urbanization plays an important role in accelerating the social and economic development of the city and rural pastoral area.And,it influences the scope of education,the students source in Inner Mongolia's ethnic compulsory education,the trilingual education,the reform of the teaching books,the arrangement of teachers and the city centralization of local schools.The above issues demand prompt solution.This thesis is based on the ethnological culture theory and ethnic education theory.And the documentary method,observation method and case study are used.The thesis takes the Hohhot Mongolian School as the example and aims to investigate the various changes in the ethnic compulsory education,such as the student source,trilingual education,the reform of the teaching books,the arrangement of teachers and government policy.Through analyzing these issues,the author comes up with some suggestions of solving these problems.The thesis includes the following three parts:the introduction,the main part and the conclusion.The introduction part mainly discusses the research status,contents and methods,the relative research formula and the related literature.In the first part of the main body,the situation of Hohhot Mongolian School is introduced(the school overview,the construction of school rules and regulations,the construction of the campus culture).In the second part,the structure of student resource in Hohhot Mongolian School is analyzed.The author explains the student resource mainly includes the following:the children of staff workers in government units,the students from league cities,the children of farmers and herdsmen who came into the city to support their livings.In the third part,the following problems in ethnic compulsory education are discussed:the trilingual teaching method and its practical use applied in teaching Mongolian students,the innovation of teaching methods,the lack of national culture contents in compiling the course books,the optimizing of teachers' team and the students' dissatisfied use of school's facilities.In the fourth part,some feasible suggestions in solving the problems of ethnic compulsory education are put forward.The conclusion part mainly sums up the main contents of thesis.
