Study On Our Country’s Compulsory Education Policies’s Lssues In The Prcess Of Urbanization

Since reform and opening up, more and more people migrate from the farms to the cities in China and from underdeveloped areas to developed areas along with the development of China’s industrialization and urbanization. And this promotes the rapid development of China’s urbanization. Educational problems of the floating population’ children, educational problems of children left-behind in rural areas and educational problems of rational distribution and proper adjustment to the rural compulsory school accompanied by the rapid increase of floating population and the development of Chinese urbanization. And these problems not only affect China’s urbanization, economic development and the realization of education fairness, but also affect the construction of a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, the people from all walks of life should have a good attention to these problems and take targeted measures according to the practical problems. They have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the method of literature as the main research methods, this paper is divided into four parts from the concept of "people" of the urbanization.The first part expounds the general situation of the development of urbanization in our country in detail. Including our country urbanization’s development stage, its basic characteristics, the main achievements and problems.The second part discusses the basic value orientation of China urbanization development in the new stage. Including the basic idea of urbanization and it’s inherent requirement.The third part focuses on the compulsory educational policy problems emerging in the process of the urbanization of our country. They include educational problems of the floating population’ children, educational problems of children left-behind in rural areas and educational problems of rational distribution and proper adjustment to the rural compulsory school.The fourth part, according to the compulsory educational problems emerging in the process of urbanization in our country, we can get the following enlightenment:one is the our government should regard the fair education as a basic value orientation of education policy;two is the government should increase the to the funds investment to compulsory education; three is breaking through the difficulty, to further implement the educational problems of the floating population’ children and educational problems of children left-behind in rural areas, four is compensating for gaps to further improve educational problems of children left-behind in rural areas, five is seizing the key points to further regulate rural compulsory education school layout.
