With the new curriculum reform of high school ideological and political course,emotional attitudes and values,the teaching goal of emotion,attitude and values are to the classification,means that the high school political lesson has gradually changed the heavy know light situation tendency of education,begin to pay close attention to emotional needs of students in the teaching process,In order to achieve the high school political lesson of affective teaching,we should actively mobilize the teachers' emotional factors,cultivate students' interest in learning political lesson,promote the transformation of students' knowledge,emotion and meaning,belief and behavior.But in the present thought political lesson teaching,the practical application of teachers' emotional factors still exist many problems,In order to more effectively play the positive role of teachers' emotional factors,In this paper,through literature research,interview method,observation method for high school thought political lesson teacher makes a deep exploration,emotional factors,Main is divided into three parts in this paper.The first part,the connotation of teachers' emotional factors,composition,elaborates the necessity and significance,The second part of the teachers in the high school thought political lesson teaching problems and cause of generalization,The third way to effective use of teachers' emotional factors.Hope that through this article research,to make teachers pay more attention to the value of the emotional factors and help teachers better use of emotional factors,promote the development of students in the teaching of emotion.
