The main idea of this article is that mobilizing teachers' emotion constitutes an important part of the emotional teaching in classes during the moral education. The only way to make breakthrough in the moral education is to fully acknowledge the significance of taking advantage of teachers' emotional factor, and in accordance with the characteristics of emotional development of students and differences to exploit the content of emotional education, explore ways of emotional education to improve the effects of moral education. However, in current moral education, the emotional factor of teachers can't get enough attention. In teaching practice, there is no theoretical guidance for how to make use of teachers' emotional factors. Exploring the emotional factors in emotional education makes an important role in overcoming the lack of theoretical research and improving moral education in high school.In this article, there is an interview from a moral education teacher in a model high school to understand the current situation of emotional education in high school. Surveys found that it difficult for teachers to have the same attitude to all students, after interactive with students, teachers still take the conservative and traditional teaching methods and only encourage the students who give the same answers as what in their hearts. The moral education teachers haven't aware of the importance of their teaching language, attitudes and writing, and they will probably work in these bad moods. The article discusses the "lacking of emotion" phenomenon in recent moral education in high school. And the author put forward the strategies for mobilizing teachers' emotional factor: treating all students equally, taking the emotional teaching method, encouraging students, paying attention to thing students care about and keeping in a good mood.This article can be divided into following sectors:Firstly, the significant meanings of studying on the emotions of teachers.The relations between teachers' emotion during the classes and the content of the classes and cultivating students with good morality have been analyzed in this part, as well as the great meaning of changing the current situation of the moral education class.Secondly, the theoretical study on the emotional factors of teachers during the moral education.In this part, the article briefs the main theoretical results of the teachers' emotional factors of all times at home and from aboard and the theoretical basis of this article.Thirdly, the definition of emotional education.Five concepts have been defined in this part. They are: "emotion", "emotional education", "emotional factor of teachers", "emotional factor of teachers in the moral education classes" and "high school students".Fouthly, an example in a demonstrative high school in Shanghai.An example in a demonstrative high school in Shanghai is taken to make a survey on the status of the emotional education and analyze the outcomes.Last but not least, exploring the effective way to mobilize teachers' emotional factor in classes.This part analyzes the five parts of teachers' emotional factor and provides the suggestions on how to effectively encourage the emotional factor from teaching methods, teaching tactics and the school policies according to the survey results from the fourth chapter.
