In reading instruction,the formation of reading thinking,reading strategies and skills training of students rely on a scientific system to complete.Teachers' abilities of questions' design and teaching strategies in reading instruction affect the improvement of students' reading ability directly.The questions' design and reading instruction strategies in English teaching not only carry the content of English reading,but also be an important way to ensure the value of reading text.The key to promote students' reading ability is do the research of reading instruction strategies based on questions' design,combining making full use of reading text,being based on the article,the students' level and method of instruction and learning.For these reason,how to construct questions' design of reading instruction and the reading teaching instruction based on question design has become the key of reading instruction.In terms of research methods,on the basis of the studies of English curriculum standards and Bloom's new taxonomy of educational goals,this study builds the questions' design for the study of English reading class by by using literature research and case study.The questions' design include remember-based question,understand-based question,apply-based question and analyze-based question.Based on these questions' design,this study uses this classification combined with reading instruction strategies to design reading instruction strategies based on questions' design and selects the PEP English reading teaching class for class analysis.The main results of this study are presented in two aspects: Firstly,according to Bloom's new taxonomy of educational goals combined with the part of reading purposes in the senior high school English curriculum,the questions of the senior high school reading instruction are divided into 4 kinds,these are remember-based question,understand-based question,apply-based question and analyze-based question.Based on the results of the first study,this study combined the literature analysis,classroom observation with case study,arranges all kinds of problems reasonably and put forward reading instruction strategy based on questions' design:strategy for stimulating students' motivation,strategy for activating students' original knowledge,strategy for contacting students' real life,strategy for detecting attention of reading materials' details and strategy for recalling process of using reading strategies based on remember-based question;brainstorming strategy,mind mapping strategy andstrategy for guiding students to use reading strategies based on understand-based question;strategy for summarizing the content of using reading strategies and skills,situation-creation strategy based on apply-based question;strategy for developing students' generalizing whole reading materials' main idea,and strategy for promoting students' to grasp the author's attitude and the intention based on analyze-based question.On the basis of the above study results,this study also combines the classroom observations to do case study,analyzes questions' rational arrangements and their cooperation with instruction content in classroom instruction,dissect the strengths and weaknesses of questions' design and their cooperation with reading instruction and re-design class by using reading instruction strategy based on questions' design.
