Sports industry is a sunrise industry in our country.In the sports industry,the broadcasting of sports events plays a decisive role.The rights to broadcast the events are an important part of the income of the professional league.Document46 of 2014 and the "Overall Plan for Reform and Development of China’s Football in 2015" explicitly require that "restrictions on the rights to broadcast rights of sports events should be relaxed and all television stations can directly purchase or transfer".These policies broke the monopoly of CCTV rights to broadcast rights to sporting events.As a result,new media companies competed for huge amounts of money to compete for the rights to the events.However,the new media company was hesitant to test the profitability of the rights to rebroadcast rights.Copyright development,how to cash,how to profit,is the sports new media company issues to be solved.This article analyzes the reasons why China’s sports new media companies compete for the rights to buy sports events and broadcasts the rights of the sports events through the methods of literature review,case study and logic analysis,and reviews the copyright chain of sports matches in China(1)Imperfect law,serious infringement phenomenon,(2)Poor sense of audience pay,(3)The new media sports company did not dig deep Copyright Value,(4)New Media Sports Neglect Neglect of Project Development.Through the sports copyright industry chain,find out the profit model of the sports new media companies in our country and put forward the following suggestions:(1)Improve the protection of the rights of broadcast rights of the events(2)Strengthen the technology development and enhance the broadcast appreciation(3)From the cultural and quality content,Pan-Fun,Sports Stars to Build Your Own Event IP(4)Develop niche projects(5)Dig deeper in copyright value(6)Develop vertical communities.
