STEM education is a hot spot in education in recent years. It represents the international trend of a new comprehensive academic background of education,STEM education advocates talk about the field of knowledge through a combination of comprehensive courses to develop students' ability to innovate and solve problems, but also to promote China's education system reform. However,in the development of STEM education on the road we encountered many problems, such as the lack of ability to develop students to analyze the problem, and improve students to analyze the problem, the ability to solve the problem is both the core value of STEM education, but also our new curriculum reform Expected to achieve the important teaching objectives. In the course of STEM teaching practice,I found that the teaching mode of PBL can promote the teaching of STEM by PBL teaching mode. However, the teaching mode of PBL is not able to improve the ability of students to solve STEM complicated problem. Therefore, under the background of this research, with the help of PBL teaching mode, can we improve the ability of STEM to solve the problem of STEM,realize the ideal of STEM education and improve the students' ability to solve STEM complex problem to a certain extent. This study chooses a teaching robot and teaching material provided by a company in Shanghai.Twenty students from a middle school in Shanghai were selected as experimental subjects for 8 weeks and 12 hours of project teaching practice. This study consists of two parts of the study, namely 1.The use of the form of questionnaires on the traditional teaching model of students and students of PBL teaching model to start a complex problem to solve the problem of research 2.Through the project test results and complete the project time The comparative study reveals the differences of thinking characteristics and the development trend of thinking ability in the two groups of students in complex problem solving. The full text is divided into six chapters to discuss:The first part introduces the research background of this paper, expounds the problems and research significance of this research, and introduces the research ideas, research framework and the main research contents and research methods of this paper. The second part: STEM education,PBL,complex problem solving(CPS)and other related concepts, and the development and significance of domestic STEM education were outlined. And defines the complex problems of STEM education, and summarizes the PBL teaching model suitable for STEM education. The third part: for a junior high school students in Shanghai, chose to meet the student learning situation syllabus, and a detailed description of "we are all musicians" PBL mode of teaching design. The fourth part: Through the questionnaire, the paper analyzes the difference of thinking state between the two groups of students in solving the complicated problem of STEM,mainly investigates the students from the aspects of attitude, problem representation, thinking strategy and solution process. The fifth part: Through the project test, according to the students 'test scores, the paper analyzes the ability of the two groups to solve the problem of STEM replication, and compares the thinking agility of the two groups according to the completion time of the students' project. The sixth part: summarizes and prospects, summarizes the research conclusions of this study and the problems in the research process,As well as a follow-up study. The following conclusions can be drawn from the following conclusions: For the school of junior high school, the STEM teaching course related to teaching robot, teaching with PBL teaching mode can help to improve the students' ability to find the problem, analyze the problem and solve the problem.According to the comparison experiment,it is found that the students who cultivate in the teaching mode of PBL have significant advantages in the aspects of thinking agility, logical reasoning ability and induction ability than those of ordinary students.
