In the basic education curriculum reform,evaluation received unprecedented attention.A large number of new concept of evaluation is emerging with the passage of time.However,how to play the most significant effect of formative evaluation in the new era background becomes a major issue we need to think about.Formative assessment emphasizes process and pays attention to the thinking process of students' learning.This paper attempts to construct the basic process of formative assessment to help the teacher better implement evaluation activities and promote students' mathematics learning,according to the analysis of formative evaluation and the combination of the new background of low grade primary school to cancel the written test,uses hierarchical evaluation and the mathematics teaching content of low grade primary school of Shanghai.This paper is divided into three parts.First of all,a general grasp of formative assessment was formed through consulting literature material.Formative evaluation was pectinated mainly according to its development process,characteristics,core elements,empirical study,through which to grasp the nature of formative assessment.Secondly,the application status of the formative assessment in primary schools was understanding through the use of classroom observation,teacher interviews on front-line practice in primary school and the basis of literature review.According to the survey results,it was that evaluation process is not reflected in the actual evaluation,evaluation objectives only focus on content dimension,teachers do not choose the evaluation task flexibly according to the evaluation goal,teacher's incorrect feedback to students is not specific,the frequency of student participation evaluation is not high,etc.Therefore,this paper combined the low grade evaluation reform of Shanghai city,constructed the basic process of formative evaluation under the background of cancelling the written examination in the lower grades,and using formative evaluation by ranking system and reviews.This basic process is mainly composed of determination of evaluation objectives,evaluation task design,development of evaluation rules,evaluation implementation,feedback,the use of evaluation results.Besides,this paper also combines the position mobile of the disc in the chaet of median in the second grade,and Starting from the various links of the formative evaluation described above,the basic process of formative evaluation is demonstrated.Finally,according to the problem found in the forefront teaching and my own thinking,summed up the advantages of formative assessment and the inconvenience in the implementation of formative assessment in the first line,and the correct use of formative assessment can improve students' academic level.Suggestions on the implement of formative evaluation were put forward based on the previous researches,which can help teachers make the formative assessment.
