At present, the evaluation of the Chinese teaching in primary school are mainly summative assessment, and the Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education put forward Chinese curriculum evaluation should change too much emphasis on screening and selection of functional evaluation, development, highlighting the therefore, formative assessment for the development of primary school language teaching has important significance.But the theoretical research on the primary school Chinese formative evaluation is not perfect, the research practice are relatively scattered, mostly concentrated in the middle school.This study is not enough in the face of the current research situation of the system, the formation of theoretical knowledge of primary school Chinese evaluation systematically, put forward primary school formative evaluation method and principle, and combined with the Chinese curriculum standards of compulsory education requirements, combined with the specific case, put forward some practical, operable method of guiding language teaching, promote the development of students.In this paper, based on theoretical analysis and practical exploration, analysis using the method of literature research, questionnaire survey method, interview method, case method.Primary school Chinese formative assessment refers to the process in the Chinese teaching activities in primary school, according to the teaching principle, in order to adjust and improve the Chinese teaching procedure, ensure the teaching goal smoothly, evaluation to take a practical approach to students’ language learning situation. At present there are some problems in primary school Chinese evaluation:evaluation of neglecting the development, emphasizing the selection, evaluation, evaluation results attention ignoring process, single type, ignore the means of multivariate, uniform evaluation criteria, limit the development of students’ thinking, the use of classroom evaluation language errors. The urgent need for reform, and primary school Chinese formative assessment has the process, development, pluralism, diversity, openness of the several characteristics, has the guiding function, diagnosis function, feedback regulation function, incentive function, education function of the five functions, summative assessment has a larger advantage.The general method of primary school Chinese formative evaluation evaluation includes classroom observation, questionnaire survey, job evaluation, portfolio assessment, and test activities.
