Questions are the precursor of the creation and the source of thinking.The resolution of the problems is the most important and meaningful learning as well as the thinking ability.Almost all the teaching activities are related to the various forms of problems.It points out in the Information Technology Curriculum for Primary Schools and Junior/Senior Middle Schools that the IT course in Middle Schools is aimed at improving students’ information literacy and helps to teach them form a habit of critical thinking and creative thinking by making use of IT.Furthermore,it is for improving students’ abilities to solve the real and open problems.Therefore,the author here expects that in the procedure of teaching IT in Middle Schools,teachers can accomplish the teaching goal by asking questions to redesign the teaching content in class and by raising questions and then solving them.Proper ways of asking questions are necessary.And questions ought not to be scattered,piecemeal or in a state of disorder,otherwise they should be well-organized and in a sequential order with structures and levels as well according to the curriculum,teaching aims,students and material scenes.The sequence of question with high quality enables students to build reasonable knowledge structure.Through thinking training and cultivation,personal IT literacy can be attained in an imperceptible way.Based on the reference to those domestic and foreign researches,this study reviews the theory of problem teaching.It defines the sequence of question and related concepts and analyzes the situation and the deficiencies in carrying out problem teaching in Middle Schools.In teaching practice,explore the structure,level and order of the sequence of question,make clear about the fundamental principle of the design in the sequence of question,put forward the methods for designing questions and provide specific measures to make sure the sequence of question can be implemented smoothly.Provide a reference for cultivating students’ thinking ability in IT teaching in Middle Schools and improving students’ IT literacy.What’s more,hope to add referential experience for the reform in teaching IT in junior high school.
