The Influence Of Family Factors On The Training Of Throwing Reserve Talents In Primary And Middle Schools In Beijing

Since Beijing Track and Field Team selected 26 middle school students to form a team in 1958,which was training at Xian Nong Tan stadium for the First Session of National Games,there are many excellent throwing athletes spr.inging up,such as Li Wei nan(Men' s Discus champion of National Games),Li Yingbiao(Men' s Javelin champion of National Games)and Liu Hao(Men's Shot-put champion of National Games).However,since the 7th National Games in 1993,Beijing has never won any champion.Especially in the recent 20 years,Beijing's throwing project has no progress.The reasons of this phenomenon include the regardlessness of government,schools and parents,bad infrastructure equipment supporting,low quality of the teaching specialization,the backward training mode.This paper aims to explain the influence between the family factors by"path dependence" analysis methodology and propose an effective way on Beijing primary and middle school throwing talent development.Based on field investigation,in order to family discipline knowledge such as sociology,physical education as the foundation,using the method of literature research,in-depth interviews and mathematical statistics,etc,the Beijing primary and secondary schools to reserve personnel training present situation,the family factors affecting throwing backup talent cultivation and promote the development of Beijing throwing back-up personnel training effective aspects has carried on the thorough research and analysis.This article consists of five parts.The introduction part elaborates the research significance of this paper,the related research dynamic and theoretical basis and research methods.The second part expounds the concept of family and the important function and influence on teenagers as they grow up.The third part analyzes the current situation of throwing the cultivation of backup talents of primary and secondary schools in Beijing and the existing problems.The fourth part from the family idea,the physical quality,economic conditions,parents occupation of the four family factors analysis and the influence of family factors on the throwing backup talent cultivation.In the fifth part,this paper puts forward five push Beijing throwing back-up personnel training and effective development path,first,to the balanced development of the style,establishing the new image of '"civil-military both ability and political integrity",the second should intensify their efforts to government attaches great importance to give appropriate preferential policy tilt,again clear talent output mechanism,to broaden employment channels for throwing talents,and make full use of the resource advantage of Beijing,to improve the level of the coaches,finally learn foreign advanced concept,implement new breakthrough "teaching".
