The Moral Education Value Of Excellent Family Style And Its Countermeasure Analysis

Good family tradition plays a role of value-oriented and conduct standards for the family members.It’s a relatively stable and positive family atmosphere which was born in the family life,and has remarkable efficacy of intergenerational spreading.The good family tradition characterizes and promotes the heritage and consummation of the social morality.In contemporary China,family tradition is the important path of inheriting and developing Chinese excellent traditional culture.Family tradition is the important influence source or “nutrient” of the family members’ personality growth and moral development.Family tradition is the major aim and carrier of family education.In a manner of speaking,family tradition has its own value of moral education intrinsically.For any members of family,the education of family tradition is hard to be replaced by any other educational channel like school education or classroom-teaching,which is based on the blood relationship.Good family tradition not only helps to build a harmonious and happy family life,but also has a great influence of regulating,guiding and shaping on the children in the way of elegant and healthy growth.This paper holds that family tradition has its own value of moral education intrinsically.For the family education,good family tradition provides atmosphere and condition for its efficiency,which is one of the goals that it strives for.For the school education,good family tradition and school moral education work together in promoting the students’ moral development.Literature analysis and interviewing method are mainly applied in this thesis which consists of four sections.The first section has completely elaborated on the value of moral education which lied in the family tradition.Its main contents include four parts.Firstly,good family tradition is the crucial resource to foster children’ s excellent moral personality.Secondly,good family tradition is the important path to promote children’ s moral growth and achieve moral socialization.Thirdly,good family tradition is the great practice strategy to drive the construction of harmonious family and society.Fourthly,good family tradition is the requisite measure to inherit the outstanding traditional culture of the Chinese nation.Based on the first section,the second section mainly expounds the historical experience and contemporary enlightenment of Chinese great education of family tradition in the ways of three parts.They are kindheartedness and righteousness,imperceptible influence,cultivate self and regulate the family,country and the world.The third section illustrates the current situation and reflective thoughts of the contemporary Chinese education of family tradition,which is based on both phenomenon and case analysis.Above all,the essay gives four feasible recommendations.To begin with,the family education idea should be optimized,which would give play to the value of familytradition and moral education.Besides,family education should draw the tradition and experience from the good family tradition.What’s more,the connotation of family tradition should be enriched constantly and expanded the resource of family education actively.Eventually,the diversified channels of education should be explored,which would improve the efficiency of family education.
