In 2014,a series show named “What is Family Tradition” was launched by CCTV.On the Gathering of 2015 Spring Festival,Xi Jinping delivered an important speech about paying attention to family,family education and family tradition.In November of 2016,nine governmental departments published <Five-Year Plan of Guiding and Developing family education>.Recently,some shows like “Lecture Room”,“Chinese Parental Instruction”,“Remembering Nostalgia” have been hitting on TV.All these have showed that good family tradition has become a hot topic.The reason why it attracts so much attention is that good family tradition not only deeply embodies the essence of Chinese history and traditional culture,but also contains various contents and methods of moral education.Meanwhile,many people hold the belief that good family tradition has lost its root of family descending in the time of“Small Family” so that good family tradition has nothing to do with ordinary people but the prominent families.On the contrary,no matter what time we are in and no matter how small our family is,good traditions including attaching great importance to morality and ethics,respecting for seniority,studying diligently,and being honest and kind are essential for us.Even in ordinary family without the influence of good family traditions,it is also feasible for people to learn wisdom of good family traditions from excellent family precepts and records,absorb experience from the educational stories of famous people,inheriting good family traditions from grand's experience or just follow the examples of other family.Due to the fact that the development and utilization of curriculum resources of moral education is very important,we develop a series of curriculum resources of good family traditions,like loving parents and elders,working hard on study,being diligent,kind,honest and tolerant.At the same time,we combine these curriculum resources with moral education practice to enrich the teaching material and interesting of moral education.Middle school period is a key stage for students to shape their views about world,life and value,during which they are easily tempted by social bad practices and phenomena.Thus,moral education plays an important role of shapingstudents' moral quality.The development and utilization of curriculum resources of good family traditions both matches the aim of moral education and leads students to a correct road.Methods of documentary study,interviewing,experience summarization,and empirical study are adopted in this paper,which consists of five parts.The first part makes an introduction about the study issue,significance and status quos.The research thought,the important points,difficult points and innovative points are demonstrated in this chapter.The second part makes a comprehensive study on the theoretical foundations about curriculum resources of good family traditions in junior middle school,because this research focus on the development and utilization of curriculum resources of good family traditions in moral education.Then the author demonstrates the definition,classification and features(passing by words,being closely related to the peple and connecting with each other)of curriculum resources of moral education in junior middle school.Charts and tables are used in this paper to illustrate the relationship between curriculum resources of good family traditions and curriculum resources of moral education in junior middle school.The former is a kind of the latter and in accordance with the content of moral education in junior middle school.The third part delineated the necessity and significance of the development and utilization of curriculum resources of good family tradition.The necessity was illustrated by demonstrating the needs of students to form right values,the needs of teachers to strengthen the awareness of developing and utilizing good curriculum resources and the needs of combing the moral education of family and school.What's more,the significance was shown by demonstrating the benefits of the development and utilization principles of curriculum resources of good family tradition including prompting junior students' interests in moral education,developing junior moral teachers' professional competence and advancing morals of nations and the whole country.And the fourth part analyzes principles and methods of development and utilization in detail based on curriculum resources development of good family traditions,which includes many curriculum resources of good family traditions and utilization practices.The application in junior middle school should be conducted inthe view of situation,interaction,research and practice to develop the strategies of developing and utilizing good family traditions.With detailed content and sufficient cases study,this thesis can serve as valuable and useful reference for other researchers and teachers.The fifth part is to draw a conclusion of the whole theses.The development and utilization of curriculum sources of good family traditions in moral education in junior middle school should be designed by teachers through placing it as a normal part of life,developing professional competence and realizing one's own value of life by using poetic language.
