Application Research Of Good Family Traditions In Class Moral Education Management

A good family tradition is the code of conduct.The application of good family traditions in class moral education management is to implement the specific actions of family traditions construction proposed by President Xi Jinping.And it is also an important way to promote the formation of young people's good characters.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,action research,observation,case study,questionnaire survey,and interview survey,to study how to use good family traditions to promote the formation of students' good habits and characters in the moral education management of the class,and improve the moral education management in the class.Applying good family traditions to class moral education management can improve educational effect,build parent-child relationship and promote home-school cooperation.In the process of practice,first of all,teachers and students work together to find good family traditions,learn from the famous family traditions,and then practice the “self-cultivation,learning,harmony at home,dealing with the world” series of good family traditions activities.During the “practice-reflection” action research,we observe the progress of students' behaviors,summarize the results of class moral education management,and investigate the effects of applying good family traditions to class.Through the application of good family traditions in the moral education management of the class,the students' survey shows that 100% of the students believe that good family traditions are an important factor in shaping characters and cultivating habits,and 98.1% of the students believe that good family traditions promote good characters and habits.Through the interviews with parents,we know that parents also support and approve this application in class.Through this research,we can sum up the application strategies of the good family traditions in the class moral education management: reshape the parents' concept and use good family style to promote good class style;based on students,organize practical activities to practice family traditions;using the network platform to expand the class moral education ways;build parent-child platform to realize home-school co-education.During this study,the inheritance of family traditions and moral education of the class are well integrated.The parents' educational concept is updated,and the family and school work together to improve the practical effects of the moral education management of the class,prompting students to form good habits and improve their characters in the process.This can also cultivate students' abilities in many aspects,and promote the comprehensive and healthy growth of students.At the same time,the application strategies of good family traditions in class moral education management obtained through this research provide the class moral education management experience that can be used for reference for similar classes.
