Writing is an important way to express and communicate with Chinese characters.It is a process of understanding the world,understanding self and creative expression.Writing competence is the comprehensive embodiment of Chinese accomplishment.In the real life,the overall level of our students' writing competence is not good,there is a phenomenon of polarization.The low Writing competence not only affect the improvement of the overall language ability of students,but also affect the development of the whole life of students.Chinese teachers play the important roles of writing teaching practitioners,their training strategies for students' competence development is essential.The concept of "writing competence" with the "core competence" concept of the popular often new.This study defines "writing competence" as the quality and accomplishment of the writing subject in the process of writing.And it is the combination of students' writing knowledge,writing skills and writing quality,affecting the students' writing competence development.This study based on the existing research results,and combined with the renewal,and summarizes the frame of writing competence,including writing knowledge and writing skills and writing quality of three competence,this frame include 17 competence grade.This study focuses on the primary school students,mainly to investigate the current situation of the group writing competence and the use of teacher competence training strategies.Through the analysis of the primary school seniors writing competence training strategies,whether good or bad,and the need for improvement.Combing with Guan Jiangang's lesson analysis and strategy of refining,according to the survey results,this study construct the writing competence training strategy of high grade primary school student.In this paper,the fifth grade students in Affiliated Primary of School Shanghai Experimental School and Songjiang District Zhongshan primary school as research samples,through the questionnaire in the form of a preliminary understanding of the current situation of writing competence of high grade students in primary school and using of teacher competence training strategies,and chose six different seniority and titles of Chinese teacher interviews,as the addition of questionnaire survey results.The survey shows that in primary school students,the overall level of students' writing literacy is not high,there is a polarization phenomenon,in which students' writing skills literacy and quality of writing works need special attention.In writing competence training strategies,teachers pay more attention on writing skills training strategies.Writing knowledge training strategies and writing quality training strategies need to be strengthened.Through investigation,analysis and summary,we finally get to the training tactics of writing literacy of primary school high grade students from the perspective of the school Chinese teacher: the combination of reading and writing strategy,process strategy,effective practice strategies,practice strategy,emotion and motivation strategies of cooperation with home and school strategy.The full text is divided into seven chapters: the first chapter is the introduction,mainly elaborated on the overall program review and research questions,the core concept;the second chapter is the theoretical basis,including Piaget's theory of cognitive development,psychology of information processing,knowledge representation theory,constructivist theory of writing and Contemporary Competence theory;the third chapter is the content framework of high grade primary school student writing quality,including seventeen indexes of writing knowledge,writing skills and writing quality from three aspects;the fourth chapter is the current situation of high grade primary school students writing literacy and training strategy of the present,and comprehensive analysis of data obtained by questionnaire and teacher interviews;the fifth chapter is the analysis of the teacher‘s lesson,extracting effective strategies from the analysis of lessons;the sixth chapter is the high grade primary school students' writing literacy training strategy construction,specifically from writing Knowledge,writing skills and writing quality three aspects of the discussion,and getting six specific strategies finally.The seventh chapter is the conclusions,recommendations and deficiencies.The last part is the reference part,appendix,the research obtained during the master's degree and thanks.
