The Chinese curriculum standards for compulsory education(2011 edition)put forward scientific and rigorous requirements on the cultivation of oral communication ability of lower grade students in primary school.Since the low stage of primary school is the critical period for the development of students' oral communication ability,teachers should seize this stage to cultivate students' oral communication ability.This is not only the requirement of quality education,but also the need of social development.For the first time,the content of oral communication teaching material is regarded as an independent part in the unified lower-paragraph Chinese teaching material,which is close to the life of lower grade students.Therefore,the author will take this textbook as an example to study the cultivation strategy of oral communication ability of lower grade students.This article is divided into four chapters to discuss the necessity,existing problems and specific practical strategies of oral communication ability training for primary school students.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research significance,key words definition,research objectives and content,research methods and research status.The second chapter aims to explore the theoretical basis,characteristics,elements,requirements and objectives of the cultivation of oral communicative competence of lower grade students.According to the "experience field" "feedback" and "sound interference" in davito's theory of communication,and the "interaction" "context" "context cue" and "speech community" in the theory of conversational strategy,the characteristics and components of low-segment oral communication are determined by combining the psychological characteristics of lower grade students.Based on the psychological characteristics,curriculum standards and the unified compilation of low-paragraph Chinese textbooks,the requirements for oral communication were determined,and the training objectives of low-paragraph oral communication were determined based on the training requirements.Oral communication tasks were set in order to achieve the training objectives of low-paragraph oral communication.The third chapter aims to investigate the present situation of oral communicative competence cultivation of lower grade students in primary school from the perspective of the components of oral communicative competence through questionnaires and interviews.On this basis,this article analyzes the causes of forming the current situation of oral communicative competence cultivation of primary school students.The fourth chapter aims to put forward the strategies to cultivate the oral communication ability of lower grade students in primary school.Strategies for oral communication preparation,such as developing students' experience field and creating communicative situations;Strategies for improving oral communication ability,such as listening ability improvement strategy,expression ability improvement strategy and communication ability improvement strategy;Verbal communication assurance strategies,such as strategies for elaborating communication goals and strategies for creating speech communities.
