With the rapid development of urbanization in Japan,the problem of non-urban area's sparse population is becoming worse and worse.Besides,Japan's original education mode that school-based,family and community-supported function has been weakened.The creation of community schools is an important practice for Japan to explore a new model that school,family and community could cooperatively cultivate students.Since the establishment of Japanese community schools in 2004,both the quantity and scale have made great progress.In April 2015,in the conference of Japanese Ministry of Education,Culture,Sports,Science and Technology,the Japanese Minister of Education Hakubun Shimomura have clearly said that “In the future,the public primary and second schools should develop towards the community schools”.It can be seen that the regional collaborative community schools will become the inevitable trend of the Japanese public primary and secondary schools.Therefore,to study the “three in one” education mode of Japanese community schools will have great significance to understand the reform trend of the basic education in Japan.Hopefully,this paper may provide some references to diversified approaches of the children education at the same time.In this paper,the author uses literature research,historical analysis and case analysis to analyze the development context,the “three in one” education mode's mechanism of Japanese community schools.Besides,through the three cases,the paper summarizes the major characteristics,problems and realities of the “three in one” mode of Japanese community schools,and draws some inspiration.The reform of the Japanese community schools is an important part of neo-liberal education reform.From the development of the educational model of community schools in Japan in recent ten years,we can see that the tide of Japanese liberal education reform has been related to all aspects of Japanese education,and also into the full range of compulsory education in the public,which has proved that Japan's highly homogeneous basic education began to waver.But at the same time,from the actual cases,we can also see that the process is still relatively slow,and accompanied by a variety of resistance.What's more,the “three in one” education mode of community school cannot be equal to weaken the school's right and function.Community and family should support the school's running,but cannot bring negative effects on thesubjective status of the school in student cultivation.
