| In the process of the franco-prussian education work and building socialist legal country in the recent years,the demand that the society toward the school education has been improving,especially proceeding legal education in classroom.For junior middle school student to have legal education,it is not only related to the development of the legal literacy,but also the formation of healthy personality.The legal education teaching has many shortcomings in the junior middle school moral lesson that is the most closely related to legal know ledges: imbalance between teachers and students,teaching context is equal to the teaching material context,teaching evaluation is short of pertinence,multiple environmental education has not yet formed,etc.This a series of problems make the junior high school students only stay in a passive,simple learning the legal knowledge that is a basic target,and failed to how to apply the law and train legal quality.In order to more effectively improve the work of legal education teaching of junior middle school student,this article follows the research approach from theory to practice,from abstract to concrete.From the perspective of the ecological classroom that is a microcosmic field of educational ecology.By analyzing the legal education teaching’s ecological in concrete junior middle school moral lesson,put legal education into a ecological environment.Building ecological legal teaching system based on ecological classroom theory in order to enhance the effect of legal education,the realization of junior middle school students’ legal education from static law knowledge to the accomplishment of dynamic legal literacy. |
