According to the development of modern society of sports talent training requirement of the universal,adhering to the school of "give priority to with body,cultivating applied talents in modern times of mastering many skills while specializing in concept as guiding ideology,according to strengthen the practice,enhance the adaptability,to develop the innovative ability of practice applied talents,with the help of" the culture plan "teaching resources platform,featuring the lesson hold the plait practice gymnastics class students creating and practice of physical education teaching ability.Train students to become proficient in their own professional knowledge,and have the ability to undertake the teaching and making of gymnastics.This article mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,field observation and other methods of sports education professional gymnastics class students to foster their features of the lesson hold choreographing capability study.The author through participating in 2016 young lesson hold the plait instrument characteristics,characteristics of the gymnastics class students lesson hold choreographing capability cultivation process,characteristic lesson hold choreographing capability elements,the completion of tasks of the plait of situation and choreographing capability factors control the etc were investigated.Here are the conclusions:(1)the aim of the special teaching ability training is consistent with the training target of gymnastics students,which is conducive to the cultivation of innovative composite talents.(2)it is mainly through the training of the students of gymnastics class to carry out the development of the special teaching practice,the teaching practice,the state teacher teaching and the social practice and so on the platform.This paper discusses the teaching and innovation of the classroom,and the practice and promotion of the students in the classroom.(3)the course Settings of the gymnastic students include professional theoretical courses and technical courses,which cover the necessary skills required by the gymnasts.But the curriculum of gymnastic student curriculum is only the creation and practice of the operating program.(4)the editing and processing of music in the class of gymnastic students was edited by the graduate students or the instructor,and some of the students edited their own clips.The main source of the students' action elements is the accumulation of technical courses,the study of specialized courses,the video,etc.,and the movement of their own creation has been transformed by the existing actions.(5)the ability of gymnastics students to create the ability to make up is influenced by themselves,teachers,courses and fields in the process of creation.The process failed tovalidate in primary and middle schools,and the reality of the middle and middle school students' practice should not be fully understood.(6)through the characteristics of the lesson hold the plait ability,gymnastics class the students master the basic knowledge of the plait,basic method and means,and obtained the basic choreographing capability.
