Master Of Physical Education And Training Of Graduate Student Training Mode Research On The Dissipative Structure

With the development of our country,education has made an indelible contribution to the construction of socialist modernization,it is universally accepted fact;higher education is an important part of national education,is the key to social output directly to the higher talents,so the training mode of higher education will play a vital role,because it is directly related to for the quality of talents and social output,graduate education is the key stage of national innovation and personnel training,and the quality of Postgraduates' training mode of innovative talents is directly related to how this,even Tsien Hsueshen said,not cultivating talent,it must be the mode of training out of the question.But because the modern graduate education research in our country started late,with the western developed countries have a certain gap this is an indisputable fact,but in recent years,our country of the rapid growth of the scale,quality problems in the cultivation of graduate background congenitally deficient,the increasingly significant concave deformity.Therefore,the postgraduate training model has been paid more attention to.Physical education graduate students is an important class of graduate students,it is the main base for training sports specialized talents for national modernization,sports postgraduate training mode in postgraduate training mode problems of the environment,not only the common culture pattern emerged in other industries graduate,also appear at the same time the training mode of sports of bright students ills.The sports education and training is the two level major of the postgraduate of physical education.It is the main position for the training of physical education teachers in the large,middle and primary schools.Its training model is directly related to the quality of physical education teachers in primary and middle schools in China.Based on the dissipative structure theory is first applied to physical education and training postgraduate training mode for innovation;research methods in system analysis,literature review and logical analysis;to graduate cultivating model of physical education and training master as the research object,graduate training mode,training mode of sports graduate students as the background,based on the Dissipative Structure Perspective(from the training objectives,curriculum system,evaluation system)three aspects to fully tap the training mode of the root of the problem of the master'seducation.Based on the perspective of dissipative structure,the training mode of sports education and training postgraduate is reconstructed based on the training objectives,curriculum system and evaluation system.The findings are as follows: 1)training objectives should be from sports skills.Scientific research level,theoretical knowledge set up a free and diversified target model,forming a nonlinear path of target formation.2)the curriculum system should be based on human support and establish a curriculum system that is open,nonlinear and far away from equilibrium and has a fluctuation mechanism.3)weaken the original evaluation of the single evaluation form from the perspective of the system to establish a diversified,open,evaluation model.
