Moston's inclusive teaching mode(E)is the fifth teaching mode in Moston's teaching style spectrum. Its essential feature is to enable students of different functional levels to participate in the same task by choosing a level of difficulty that they can complete. In this teaching mode, the teacher's role is to make all the decisions about the teaching content in the preparation stage of the course implementation, including the possible difficulty level of the task and the organization and arrangement decision of the classroom. The student's role is to understand the optional difficulty level in the task, select an initial difficulty level and practice task, and make the adjustment of the difficulty level when necessary, and compare with each other Standard form to check your performance. In this paper, using the methods of literature, experiment, and mathematical statistics, the students of class 5 and class 10 in Grade 5 of Huafu primary school in Jiulongpo of Chongqing were taken as the experimental objects to conduct an 18 week teaching experiment. This paper mainly studies the influence and function of inclusive teaching mode on Pupils' physical quality,self-efficacy and interest in physical education,in order to test the feasibility of this teaching mode in primary school physical education. It can be used for reference for the reform of PE teaching mode and the improvement of PE teaching theory. The experimental results show that:(1)Moston's Inclusive teaching mode and traditional physical education teaching mode can promote students' 50 m fast runnin·g,1 minute rope skipping,1 minute sit up and sit body forward bending. However, there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the two items, which shows that inclusive teaching mode is slightly better than the traditional teaching mode in improving students' physical quality Unify physical education teaching mode.(2)Moston's Inclusive teaching mode is conducive to improving students' sense of self-efficacy in sports. After the experiment, there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the sense of sports self-efficacy,and there was also a significant difference between the front side and the back side of the experimental group. It can be seen from the data that this significant difference is reflected in the self-expression confidence dimension, indicating that after the teaching experiment, the confidence of the experimental group students in displaying sports skills has been greatly improved.(3)Moston's Inclusive teaching mode is conducive to improving students' interest in sports learning. After the experiment, there are significant differences between the experimental group and the control group. From the perspective of gender, the two groups of boys have significant differences in the dimensions of attention to sports, while the two groups of girls have significant differences not only in the dimensions of attention to sports, but also in the dimensions of negative interest in sports learning. It shows that the use of Moston inclusive teaching mode in physical education class can help to improve students' interest in sports learning, especially in sports, and at the same time,it can also reduce students' interest in sports learning Low girls' negative interest in sports learning.(4)Moston's inclusive teaching mode is conducive to the cultivation of students' ability to complete tasks independently.(5)The application of Moston's inclusive teaching mode in primary school physical education teaching is operable, but it has higher requirements for teachers' physical education teaching ability, including curriculum preparation stage and curriculum implementation stage;at the same time, increasing students' choice time reduces learning and living time to a certain extent, but the personalized task difficulty of students' choice makes students effective in practice It improves the sense of experience, the sense of success and the sense of pride in sports, and improves the physical quality and the sense of psychological gain of students through continuous participation.
