Chengdu Tsing Yang District Special Education School(hereinafter referred to as: Tsing Yang special school)in special children’s physical education has made outstanding achievements,and is in a leading position six countries and regions of the International Special Olympics East Asia District.These achievements on the one hand can not be separated from the efforts and pay of the Tsing Yang special school’s teachers,on the other hand more inseparable the support and help of sports volunteers.From the first batch of sports volunteers in 2006 to join,to 2016 sports volunteers have been involved in a number of sports activities,sports volunteers participated in Tsing Yang special school physical education volunteer service has been ten years.Therefore Tsing Yang special school has years of experience in the recruitment,training,management and other aspects of sports volunteer worthy of summing up and analysis.At the same time,because the special education in the domestic development is still in the initial stage,in the organization of volunteer service activities will encounter difficulties and shortcomings.Therefore,this study takes the sports volunteer as the research object,and takes the volunteer service for sports of Tsing Yang special school as the object of investigation.It is necessary to analyze some basic experiences of sports volunteer’s volunteer service in Tsing Yang special school and promote to the public,to promote the spirit of volunteer volunteers,so that more people involved in volunteer service;at the same time through the study of this paper to find the Tsing Yang special school in organizing volunteers to carry out volunteer services in the difficulties and put forward the feasibility of solving difficulties,so this study has practical significance.In this paper,the use of literature,questionnaires,field investigation,expert interviews,logical analysis,take the sports volunteers participated in the Tsing Yang special school sports activities as the object of investigation,at the same time through the form of interviews,visited Tsing Yang special school teachers,the analysis concludes the following conclusions :(1)Attribution and love,the need for respect is the sports volunteers to participate in Tsing Yang special school sports motives.(2)The joint recruitment and concentric circle recruitment is the main recruitment method for sports volunteers.(3)The diversity of training methods is the characteristics of the volunteer training of the Tsing Yang special school.(4)The demand-type incentive is the main incentive type of the Tsing Yang special school sports volunteers;.(5)The emphasis and expectation of Tsing Yang special school leadership to create conditions for sports volunteer service;.(6)The improvement of social capacity of special children is the aspiration of all participants;.(7)It is one of the problems of volunteer supervision for the lack of stability of college students’ volunteer sports.Based on the experience and findings of the analysis of the following recommendations:(1)Learn from sports volunteers recruitment,training,applied to music,art and other projects.(2)The use of "Internet +" thinking to increase publicity efforts,so that the use of sports,sports and other aspects of the training.(3)To strengthen the supervision of college students’ sports volunteers in the "Special Olympics Children’s Program" to prevent "escape" at the end of the period.
