research is relatively weak,the study reported little.Objective: in order to make full use of social sports instructors in the mobile Internet platform,to better serve the national fitness,enhance social sports instructors national health service capacity,promote the healthy development of China.The spectrum of post quality of social sports instructors in China to build mobile Internet genes,for in the new normal national fitness will rise as a national strategy,and actively advocating a healthy life.The social sports instructors can have important significance for the national health service better.Methods:(1)using the method of literature,interviews,questionnaire survey method and factor analysis method,according to the national occupation standards at home and abroad sports instructors and some of today's industry requirements for post quality in the mobile Internet environment,combined with China's social sports instructors and literature,the initial set of social sports instructors post quality,technology,skills and behavior of mobile Internet under the 4 level indicators,10 level two indexes,61 level three indexes of post quality index system.(2)take 1 to 1 and the social sports instructor exchange,selection of condition of social sports instructors network answer.The whole process to fully use the mobile Internet platform,get 54 valid data.Using the alpha coefficient of reliability analysis SPSS22.0 statistical software analysis and overall dimensions of the factor of effective data are greater than 0.9,indicating the reliability of this questionnaire is very good;validity analysis of KMO values of above 0.85,significant test Sig values were less than0.05,that between the research variables,high validity strong correlation.Using principal factor analysis method and weighting method to analyze and process,set up social sports instructor competency genes and description of each competency basedevaluation,because of the convenience of the social sports instructor training and examination of behavior.Results:(1)post quality gene spectrum intuitively shows the composition consists of four levels of job quality,post technology,job skills and job behavior of 9dimensions and 45 quality gene,weights of four level accounted for respectively22.13%,21.71%,19.64%,36.52%,shows the dimensions and genes for each level including and their weight at the same time.Also shows that the social sports instructor training,professional identification,evaluation,assessment,should strengthen the job behavior,job quality,the quality of the two aspects of the quality of gene requirements.(2)the quality of the gene spectrum is also very intuitive to show the quality of the45 qualities of the gene as a gene expression,the
