Based on 7-9 years old children as the research object,explore the 12 weeks of Latin dance exercise on children's heel bone mineral density,the influence of body composition.Through measurement and analysis of Latin dance students experience for 12 weeks of Latin dance training before and after the foot with the change of bone mineral density and body composition,the health of the children's bone and body fat,revealing the effects on children's bone mineral density of Latin dance movement,prove that Latin dance exercise can help improve children's heel bone mineral density and higher peak bone,provides the effective basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.Show that Latin dance exercise can reduce children's body fat content,improve the children's body shape,adjust the fact that children's body composition;Provide effective method for children's scientific sports fitness;Promote the development and popularization of Latin dance.This study selected yangzhou forward international culture development center,Latin dance class's and grade's new 7-9 year old boys and girls,a total of 17,as experimental subjects.Selection of yangzhou city forward international culture development center "child small host"class six to nine years old boys and girls,a total of 15 subjects as control group.On October 15,2016,the experimental group and control group members jointly lead to yangzhou university sports institute data collection before the experiment.For 12 weeks of the experimental group USES the moderate intensity of Latin dance training experiment interference method.To sports and life monitoring,control requirements in the control group normal daily activities,and take calcium tablet and other drug behavior during the experiment.Experimental data collection again after the experiment,using spss 19.0 statistical software for data processing and analysis,the final conclusion.The results show that before the trial,the experimental group and control group all the data are not statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The experimental group and control group in the experiment in the two groups after heel bone mineral density is increased,while the horizontal contrast the result of the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant,but after the experiment,the longitudinal comparison experimental heel bone mineral density is heel bone density data of the experimental group before had a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The control state of heel bone density value is increased,but the experimental group before and after the experiment result of the difference is not statistically significance.Prove that Latin dance exercise can help children get higher bone mineral density values within a certain amount of time.At the same time,the experimental group through data collection and analysis it is concluded that waist circumference,hip circumference,body fat content were reduced,and has significant changes in the conclusion.While the control group while the waist while in statistically significant changes before and after the experiment,but increased state before the experiment after experiment,do not accord with the research purpose of this study.Through logical analysis concluded that Latin dance exercise can help children get higher rates of bone density,increase the peak bone;Latin dance can effectively improve the childhood obesity,reduce child body fat content and effectively improve children's body shape.
