| Research Background:Executive function plays a decisive role in the growth of individual health.Studies have shown that college students in the crowd due to the implementation of functional disorders can lead to autism,mild schizophrenia,attention deficit and other issues.This phenomenon has aroused the concern of multidisciplinary experts,so how to improve and improve the implementation of college students has become a hot research.In recent years,some studies at home and abroad have already revealed that physical exercise has positive effect on the executive function of college students,and can be used as an effective means to promote the development of college students’ function.College physical education as an important part of the college student movement,to enhance students’ physical and mental health as the main goal of the public compulsory course is the implementation of quality education and training an all-round development of talent an important way.The Physical Education Curriculum in Colleges and Universities Should Take Responsibility to Promote the Development of College Students’ Executive Function.However,the current research at home and abroad mainly focuses on the study of the relationship between the "dose-benefit" and the executive function of college students,and the research on the relationship between the physical education curriculum and the executive function of college students has not been paid attention.If we can establish the relationship between the various aspects of college physical education curriculum and the development of college students’ executive function,it is of great value to improve the theory of physical and mental health of college students,enrich the relationship between sports and executive function,and the theory and practice of college physical education reform.This study is intended to conduct a favorable attempt to explore whether the use of cooperative learning in college basketball teaching can promote the development of college students’ executive function.Object:To explore the effect of the 8-week basketball cooperative learning course on the executive function of college students in the basketball teaching class,and to explore the effect of college physical education curriculum on the development of college students’ executive function.Subjects and methods:80 students from the two freshmen of Yangzhou University were selected.The experiment group was identified by lottery method.The selected students were randomly divided into two groups:experimental group(40 students)and control group(40 students)The control group for routine basketball teaching,experimental group for 8 weeks of basketball cooperation teaching.By using the Flanker task,the More-odd shifting task,the n-back mission examines the eight sub-functional changes of the executive function of the college students before and after the 8-week experiment.Results:(1)Cooperative learning in basketball teaching can promote the development of college students’ executive function,F(1,58)= 5.910,P≤0.05.(2)There is a difference in the effect of cooperative learning on the function of college students in basketball teaching.The use of cooperative learning in basketball teaching has a positive effect on the conversion function of college students,F(1,58)= 4.392,P<0.05.Basketball teaching in the use of cooperative learning to refresh the function of college students have a positive impact,F(1,58)=15.789,P≥ 0.01.The effect of cooperative learning on the inhibitory function of college students in basketball teaching has no obvious effect.F(1,58)= 0.216,P>0.05.Analysis conclusion:(1)Cooperative learning intervention has a positive effect on college students ’refresh and conversion function,and has no significant effect on the inhibition function.(2)Cooperative learning intervention has a positive effect on the function of college students’refresh and conversion. |
