| In 1919,Rudolf Steiner established the first Waldorf School in Stuttgart and selected some of his followers as teachers,as a teacher’s own intellectual school as a philosophical basis for school education,Educational Ideas and Teaching Methods.After Waldorf education began to continue to grow in the world.However,Waldorf education in the process of rapid development,there are many shortcomings.On the basis of previous studies,this paper starts from the Huadufu kindergarten curriculum,takes three Huade Fu kindergartens in Shandong province as the main object,field visits and interviews,and provides the relevant videos to the other kindergartens in Shandong province,The teacher’s lesson preparation and other ways to understand the situation indirectly,according to the information collected,to extract the Waldorf kindergarten curriculum localization and the reasons for the analysis,and made some suggestions.The full text is divided into the following sections:The first part introduces the origin of the topic,the literature review,the research significance and the research ideas and research methods.The second part is an overview of the Waldorf kindergarten curriculum,including the definition of related concepts,the introduction of Hua Defu early childhood education,the introduction of Huade Fu kindergarten curriculum and the necessity of localization of Huadford kindergarten curriculum.The third part is the main part of the study,taking several Huade Fu kindergartens in Shandong province as the object,through the investigation,interviews and other means to collect the information,to extract the Waldorf kindergarten curriculum localization problem,mainly in the teacher to China The study of the concept of Dover kindergarten,the content of Hua Defu kindergarten curriculum,the implementation of the course of Waldorf kindergarten,the evaluation of Huadford kindergarten curriculum and the reason analysis.The fourth part is the suggestion,for the Waldorf kindergarten curriculum localization of the corresponding recommendations: face up to cultural differences-toeliminate the Waldorf kindergarten curriculum "acclimatized";Attaching importance to teacher training-ensuring the quality of teachers in the localization of the curriculum;enriching the kindergarten environment-creating the localization of the curriculum;strengthening the cooperation of home-creating the "security circle" of the localization of the curriculum. |
