| School is a teaching field which is overflowing book fragrance, keeping high civilization and ensuring the safety. However, along with the transition of the society.the social anomie invades the school and breaks the walls of modern school, which provides a "warm bed" for the bullying. Meanwhile, the universal internet has greatly increased the exposure of bullying behaviors and reports the particularly serious bulling to make it attract the global concern. So countries need to learn each other to devote themselves to the study of bullying and build a harmonious school environment in the new period.The thesis will study bullying case from five aspects. The first level is basic level,including selected topic reasons, significance, literature review, research methods and process,which provides theory guidance and research perspective for the next studying. At the second level, the writer firstly distinguish the concept of bullying、schoolbullying and campus violence. Then the writer elaborate the theoretical basis and features of bullying.The third level focuses on the case study. The writer chooses two bullies as the research objects in Z middle school based on the filed investigation,using observation and interview to collect and arrange the information. Firstly, the writer explains the reasons why the case comes from the outside world, the internal school and the inside class. Then introduces the performance and bad influence of bullying, covering class. after-class,interpersonal relationships and grades. Meanwhile the writer presents the school cold treatment ways and causes the in-depth thinking.Hope that the school strengthens the management of school bullying and takes reasonable ways to reduce the occurrence of bullying. Finally, the writer makes a clear conclusion and discuss the bulling. Two cases are largely driven by verbal bullying, body cream, social bullying and cyberbullying, which do a harm to their physical and mental heath. So parents, teachers and schools should emphasis the damage and seriousness of the bullying. They can’t just regard it as a trick between the students and have a indifferent attitude to this matter. The fourth level is that the writer analyzes the main reason from society, school, family and student itself.Based on the field survey and the need of bullying from the pedagogical visual,the fifth level is taking measures to reduce bullying behaviors and create a harmonious school environment from macro-management, middling-management and microcosmic management. In the macro level, strengthen laws and regulation in the hard way and construct the network media in the soft way . At the medium level.establish a zero tolerance of school management system and create healthy and positive school environment. At the micro level, create a harmonious home environment and strengthen student’s education work. |
