In recent years,the problem of bullying on campus has been frequent,casting a shadow over the holy school.On November 22,2017,the Ministry of Education and other 11 departments issued the "Strengthening Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment Program for Primary and Secondary School Students",raising the prevention and control of school bullying to the level of national governance,and ensuring that the bullying prevention and control work of primary and middle school students is implemented.In order to prevent and deal with the problem of school bullying,W city has enacted a number of rules and regulations on the protection of minors and school safety since the year of 2018,combining the rule of virtue with the rule of law in a multi-dimensional and all-round way.However,the relevant regulations and documents of the W city have been implemented for some time,the systematic research and analysis on the current situation of school bullying in W city is still blank until now,which makes the scientific improvement of local laws and regulations lack of actual data support.In order to establish a comprehensive management mechanism of school bullying,and give the feasible advice to prevention work of school bullying,it is urgent to start research on the bullying of schools in primary and secondary schools in W city.The thesis establishes the index system of students’ daily situation and campus bullying behavior and puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between them.Through questionnaires to collect data on students’ daily situation and school bullying behavior,the empirical analysis of regression modeling was used to study the relationship between the two and the internal structure.The analysis model "Y≈13.925-0.124*X1-0.108*X2-0.129*X3+0.09*X4" draws the following conclusions:There has the problem of campus bullying in W city。There is a negative correlation between students’ daily situation and school bullying behavior.Among them,personal factors,family situation,school education and social environment are all related to junior high school.The phenomenon of bullying on campus has a significant impact.According to the results of statistical analysis,In order to prevent bullying and build a harmonious campus,all stakeholders need to play a leading role and make concerted efforts in multiple aspects,which Combine co-defense and co-governance.Junior school students should give full play to subjective initiative,cultivate self-protection ability,establish legal consciousness,and shape perfect personality.Parents should regain family education,establish a sense of family education,pay attention to educational methods,and need to be a qualified listener to grasp the psychological trends of their children in time.Teachers lead by example and guide students to establish a correct outlook on life and values.Based on their own characteristics and actual conditions,schools should be school-based to build a campus bullying prevention network including both the prevent and the react afterwards.All walks of life should work together to improve the construction of relevant laws and regulations,establish a social reaction mechanism for school bullying,and jointly build a school security system.
